All products ship free and leave our warehouse within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We offer FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous 48 states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands will include a freight charge equal to 35% of the order value. We do not currently ship outside the U.S.
Every product you order arrives in 1-3 boxes for single pendants, 5-7 boxes for multi-pendants, and 4-8 boxes for swag chandeliers, each weighing less than 10 pounds. Each order includes:
- One box containing modular base components like the socket and bulb.
- A separate box for each piece of glass.
- A separate box for each shade.
We take great care in packing your order to ensure that it arrives safe and sound. Components are individually boxed to ensure damage-free delivery and easy assembly.
We understand that things change, so we've made returns quick and easy.
We accept returns initiated within 30 days of delivery to the install address. Returned product must be in its original packaging, in unused/uninstalled condition and free from damage. Used, installed, or damaged product will not qualify for a refund.
Complimentary shipping is offered on returns initiated within 15 days of delivery. Returns initiated within 16-30 days of delivery will incur a $30 restocking fee.
After your merchandise has been received and inspected, we will issue a credit to your original form of payment that is equal to your order amount less the restocking fee, if any. Expect this credit to appear within 7 business days after your return is processed.
